If I would like to on a specific user, change the default queue, to a queue in the system that is public and related to a Team? What will happen? Will emails sent to this user from now on be sent to team's teams queue? I have test&enable the user mailbox. Will it work just to change the queue on the User to the Teams Queue in order to make all the next emails to be sent to the Team queue?

Dynamics 365 identifies to whom the email is sent to (email party using the email address) and then it will allocate the queue.
If you have more than one queue with the same email (incoming email) it will not be able to identify which queue to deliver the email into.
If there is queue with unique email address (email approved, mail box set up successful), this should work just fine. Otherwise it may not.
Create a Public Queue and add all the users to this Queue.

Thanks for the reply, my scenario is i have a User named PeP which has a mailbox and queue activated to itself.
But we saw that there is a Team in the system, with a Queue named PeP with almost the same email adress as the user above.
Is it possible to change the users emails adress, to the Queue of the team, where the mailbox is set up as a shared mailbox?
We want to connect the user to the Teams queue email adress instead of having two Seperate..
