I am in a Dynamics 365 Sales project and there is a group of users that need to do very specific tasks so for them a complete Dynamics 365 Sales license makes not much sense. It is possible to create small Power Apps apps that access trough CDS the same entities for CRUD operations for those users? Or do I need to duplicate the entities and use Flow or something to integrate?
I already know that some entities are restricted, only want to know if the new Power Apps can access the same CDS environment for the non restricted entities.
Suggest you to post the same query to Power Apps or CDS community
You can enable external access with Power Apps portals.
