In the view, for any option column is there a way to have a header filter instead of having contains in the editable view to filter, is there a way to have a option values in the header.
I don't want to have a like this the above one. Instead of that i want to have a filter which has the option values to show .

The field which you are trying to filter must be an option set. Only in that case you will be able to filter based on options. Sample as below.
For your scenario, please define "Active Stage" as option set. You will be able to filter as expected.
You need to pre-define all the values of that "Active Stage" can have. Create Option set with these values. Rather than setting the value in text field, set the value in the option set value.
Alternatively, you can set the option set value based on your existing text field value also. (using java script or workflow)
