Hello fellow experts,
We want to integrate our Dynamics 365 for Sales Online Instance with a Astersik on-premises PBX.
Our main goal is to get a window open when a customer who is already in the CRM is calling. The window should open as soon as the customer calls so the agent already has all the information ready.
Does somebody has any approach where I could start loocking?

you can do this approach by write a service which triggered by call center server to popup the customer information based on phone number.
also, you can see the USD "Unified service desk" its an OOB application provided by Microsoft and fully integrated and customized through MS Dynamics 365.
