hi,When I import Lead files in CRM365 I can't import and remain in the pending modeand Error doesn't show either.what's the reason?How can I solve it?
Are you using D365 online or OP?
In addition, could you provide some screenshots?
If you are using D365 online, upload again with a smaller file.
If it still doesn't work, please raise a support ticket.
If you are using D365 OP, restart the asynchronous service.
Your issue is resolved?
try this way:
If not worked for you, Open a ticket with MS.
If it is an online sandbox org, you might have to check if the org is in administration mode and if the background operations are disabled, usually sandbox orgs go into admin mode post copy/restore. You can validate this from the admin center, below is the example screenshot where the org’s background processing is disabled. If this is the case, you would need to enable the background operations or disable admin mode.
