I'm adding a field to a form (contacts) within a solution. Everything looks good within the solution, but after I publish, I'm not seeing the new field when I open a contact.
This may be related to me having cloned my solution before I started. (My intention was to make a copy of the solution before I started so that I could easily reverse course if I didn't like the results... but apparently, that's not what cloning is for).
Why can't I see my new field and what do I do to fix this??
ok... I don't think the cloning had anything to do with it. I now see that small changes I made, in the same entity - to the account entity and a custom entity - ARE working. Somehow the app is not picking up the contacts entity from the solution.
Is the form in which you are making changes (form from contact entity) included in the app?
Please check in app designer.
