I have subform to enter amount of paid invoice. I need to have a field to calculate total paid item. how to do that?

Could you be more specific on what you want to achieve in this scenario?
There is out of the box functionality available in this regards, which sums up the the invoice products/invoice items into the invoice.

If that is not completely fulfilling your requirement, you could consider implementing custom logic by leveraging the functionality of rollup fields:

Thanks for the screenshot, Total Amount Paid is a simple currency field?
Have you tried to add a Rollup currency field, which will calculate the values from Amount Paid (Lease)?
We will use rollup field.
Remove the original field 'Total Amount Paid' form the form and delete it, recreate it with the Rollup Field Type.
Set the following rollup logic.
Add it to the form.
You can manually click the Recalculate button to get the latest rollup result. By default, after creating a rollup field, it waits for 12 hours and then rolls up every hour.
In case you want to calculate Rollup field immediately whenever child record gets created, updated or deleted, you can write custom C# plugin or custom workflow activity and use SDK message “CalculateRollupFieldRequest”. For more information refer blog.
