What's the mechanism that Dynamics users when you choose to Follow an email using the Email Engagement functions?
I'm seeing some very inconsistent results when we do our testing here.
I can send an email to a willing recipient, and receive a response, but Dynamics may show 0 email views. In other situations, Dynamics may show 0 email views, despite also showing that the email was opened on a certain date. I'm assuming that a "view" and an opening are the same, but I guess they may not be.
I wonder whether some aspect of the Follow feature is being blocked in our tests (though I've tried it with several contacts, both inside and outside our org).
