Please check below scenario.
I have added new product property (option set) values to a product. After that, publish the product and select the property value in opportunity card. Its work fine. When I try to add new values to the same product property, the system doesn't allow to add & it's saying property status = Active. But item card current status= Under revision.
Then I tried the "Overwrite" function in the ribbon in the product property window. It allows to add new values but still show a previous property in the opportunity card. Can anyone guide me the correct process to add more values to the existing product property? Thanks.
I tested it in my environment and also encountered this prblem.
Not sure if it is a bug, I will report it to the Microsoft team.
Currently, to make the new value added to the existing product property work in the opportunity line, we have to delete the original opportunity line and add it again, then edit properties, the new value will display.
