Which CRM module that manage the product of a Customer ? For example, the Customer A has 1 mobile phone , a mobile plan and a block of data. The Customer B has a mobile plan only. Where we can store the Customer product and his caracteristic.
Hi O Tousignant,
The Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement product catalog entities can store the product information. The customer information can be stored in the account or contact entities.
In CRM, for products, we use the product catalog to manage them.
The product catalog is a collection of products and their pricing information.
Please refer to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales-enterprise/set-up-product-catalog-walkthrough
In Sales Hub, we can see Products in 'Sales' Area and Product Catalog in 'App Settings' Area.
The product catalog itself is only used to create and manage products. In order for products to be associated with customers, we need to use entities like Opportunity, Quote, Order, and Invoice.
Within the forms of these entities, there is an inline sub-grid dedicated to editing their products.
Taking Opportunity as an example, the Account and Contact on the form is the customer, and the sub-grid under the Product Line Items tab is used to edit the products of this opportunity.
The same applies to the remaining entities. Potential Customer in the Quote form indicates the customer, and the Products sub-grid is used to edit this Quote's products.
This way, in Sales Hub, we can sell products to customers.

Hi O Tousignant
Based on your scenario, the see you offer products and services.
The master of these products and services can be maintained in D365 Product Catalog
Your Query about "Customer's Product" i.e. current products and services acquired or availed by customer, if you are using D365 Field Service, there is an out of box entity called "Customer Asset" where assets acquired by customer are available. In this case, mobile phone can be considered as an asset.
Regarding Services currently availed by customer, there is no out of the box entity, this needs a customization based on the business process.
Currently, all these details shall be stored in Orders. But you are looking at one single place to view current active products and services availed by customer, this needs a customization or you can go for a report (SSRS) also.
