I created a new form under the Order Entity to create new sales orders and now I cannot figure out how users can access the Order Lines Form to add Existing and Write In Products.
In the new form, I added Order Lines to Navigation under Sales using the Relationship Explorer, but I cannot see the Navigation area on the left side of the Form when it is opened in the CRM.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
We need to add an Order Line sub-grid to the Order form in order to access the Order Line From.
If you create a new Order form, there should be a sub-grid by default with the label of PRODUCTS.
The following image is my new Order form, which has this sub-grid by default.
To access the Order Line form, click the + Add Product button on the PRODUCTS sub-grid of the Order form.
If your Order form does not have this sub-grid, then you need to add it.
First add a section, and then add a sub-grid inside it.
The properties of the sub-grid are set as shown below. Save and publish.
The Order Line sub-grid is added to the Order form, and you can access it by clicking the + Add Product button.
Thank you Hao, this works very well!
