We have a custom solution from a third party vendor, Ellucian, and we can't use activity codes with quick campaigns. Nothing happens. You can create a letter activity without the activity code, but then you have to manually add the activity code for each record on the letter entity, there isn't a way to bulk update these. Ellucian is telling us that this is a MS Dynamics 9.0 bug, so we were wondering if we could get more information on what exactly is not working to see if we can determine a workaround for our marketing.
