What options are available to me to report on contacts by Account? By contact, I mean Appointments, Phone Calls, Emails etc.
Ideally I'd like to see the number of each activity type, for each customer, over the given period. It would be great to see the Top10 most contacted clients and the Bottom10 contacted clients. My aim, as I'm sure is everyones, is to ensure that my team are contacting their clients regularly.
I was hoping that this was such a common task that there would be some type of visualisation in Dynamics for this, but I can't see it. I can see Activities by Member, which shows the number of activities by each of the team, which is nice, but I'm more keen on seeing that by account.
I've started playing with PowerBI Desktop, but it's *very* early days and I suspect that I might not easily get to the point of doing what I want.
Could I do something like this with Views and export to Excel? That wouldn't be ideal, I'd prefer to see it in a Dashboard in Dynamics, but I'll take what I can.
Any other ideas? Anyone seen anything like this in Dynamics or got any ideas of how to do this with Views?
