Hello everyone,How to recognize activities that were created in Outlook? I want to make workflow dependent on it.In the Appointment there is the field "Outlook Appointment" but it is not available in workflow . Do you have another idea?
Add a hidden Field with a default value. It will tag your records created from the WebApp. Then in your workflow check if the new field contains your tag or not.
This solution requires an additional field, but it can't be done otherwise.
Yes, I'm not sure it's the best way. But it works for me.
