I have a user that cannot access anymore Sales Professional at all, while it was working perfectly before. I have setup its access to admin rights but it doesn´t change a thing. He still gets the same error message:
I really have no idea what happened here... Any help is welcomed.
Also all access icons have disappeared although she has a license assigned in office.
Please check whether you have app access or not.
With System Admin you should not face any issue.
If not working then, Open a ticket with MS.
Yes, access to app is all set. I will open ticket with microsoft.
