Is there any solution to manage the information related to a market (for example; an specific country)? ideally to have a timeline for the market, link activities and so on?
is it possible to link accounts to a "market"?
Could you elaborate on your needs?
Yes, this is possible. There is an OOB field named ‘Territory’ which you can add on the Account form. This will be the ‘Region’ to which the customer belongs. Then you can create a relationship between the ‘Region’ as a Sub-territory in the Country which you are interested in. Please find the following blog to perform this action: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/set-up-sales-territories-organize-business-markets-geographical-area
Once you have done this, you can create an advanced find or a view as shown in the following screenshot:
In my case, all the Activities related to Account belonging to a Region Under “United States” (which would be Market in your case) will be visible.
