I am having some problem with going into Unified interface. I am missing Qualify button on the lead screen, Order to draft status is missing in Order screen. All these are visible and work well in the Legacy web interface but not on Unified Interface, please help.
Thanks in advance for your response.
Just found out that in the legacy version its now showing up the qualify button Twice, we are very sure no one worked on it at all and not sure how it all started please help.
try in another browser, also clear cache and cookies.
One possibility is that the Qualify button in the Unified Interface is hidden. We need to check it through Ribbon Workbench.
This is the download page of Ribbon Workbench: http://www.develop1.net/public/rwb/ribbonworkbench.aspx
This is the tutorial for Ribbon Workbench: https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/develop1/posts/mastering-ribbon-workbench-2016
I tired clearing Cache and Cookies and also tried different browsers but its still the same.
I took a look in the Ribbon workbench, i see 4 Qualify buttons there and none of them is hidden. Also how do we know that the ribbon is for Unified interface? Do we have a separate ribbon for that?
Should i make any changes to the display or enable rules?
1. In my Ribbon Workbench, there are only 3 Qualify buttons. So you should have one that is redundant.
The Id of these three buttons are Mscrm.Form.lead.ConvertLeadDisqualifyQuick, Mscrm.Form.lead.DisqualifyLeadAs, Mscrm.Form.lead.DisqualifyLeadAs.UCI.
Please follow Id to check which button is redundant and hide it.
2. In Ribbon Workbench, the TABLET tab represents buttons inUCI.
Switch to TABLET tab and check if these 3 Qualify buttons exist. If not, just copy the 3 buttons of the COMMAND BAR tab into the TABLET tab.
Thanks for your response Hao,
Your screenshot shows the disqualify buttons.
Sorry for the wrong button.
After testing, I found that the Mscrm.Form.lead.ConvertLeadQuick button is the Qualify button on UCI, and the Mscrm.Form.lead.ConvertLeadQuick.Web button is the Qualify button on the web client.
Could you provide a screenshot of Mscrm.Form.lead.ConvertLeadQuick commands list?
Please also provide screenshots of the properties of Mscrm.SingleQualifyStatusCode and Mscrm.Form.lead.IsUCI.
Please dont apologize you are the one who is helping me here.
Below are the screenshots you requested, just to keep you aware the Web version has two qualify buttons as posted earlier.
Mscrm.Form.lead.ConvertLeadQuick commands list
With your help and Info i have fixed the problem, The problem was with the Enable rule, MSCRM.IsQualifyAvailableInMocaOffline. I deleted it after verifying that changed values in with Invert True or false. After Deleting it i got in Unified interface. But the two options in the Web client is still there.
For button modification, we need to pay attention to several points.
First of all, I would recommend you take a screenshot of the button existing rules before deleting or modifying them, so that you can add the rules back according to the screenshot if necessary.
In the red box are all the rules(rules library) of the Customise Command button, and in the blue box are the rules of the current button.
For non-developers, rules in the red box should not be deleted or modified, and rules in the blue box should be screenshotd before being removed.
If you have clicked on Customise Command for multiple buttons, you can switch buttons in COMMANDS to see their own rules.
For button rules, we just need to remove them, please don't click "Delete form all Commands". The purpose is to add the rule back later if needed.
It looks like your Qualify button has some extra rules that prevent it from recognizing UCI and the web client, so both places are displayed, causing the web client to have two same buttons.
If you don’t need any customization for the Qualify button, you only need the OOTB button, then please refer to the Diaplay Rules and Enable Rules of my Qualify button.
My button is OOTB, without any customization. You could compare your button's rules to mine (blue box), and remove the extra rules to make them the same as mine. (First take a screenshot of the existing rules of your button.)
If you do need some customization for the Qualify button, you could only remove the rules one by one and publish to check which one is causing the problem.
