I have tried this in two different environment (customer's development and on trial) and it happens on both. We have set Account as Business Required field on Opportunity entity. It also shows Business Required on the Quick Create Form editor. But it is still not Business Required on Quick Create form in the UI. Is this a known issue and what could cause it?
Customer certainly does not want to create Opportunities without Accounts.
Indeed, the problem was reproduced in my environment as well.
And the same is true in the environment that 2020 Release Wave 1 is enabled.
I will raise a support ticket to reflect this issue to Microsoft.
The Microsoft team confirmed that this is a bug and will fix it in the future.
Currently, we can solve this problem by disabling the OnLoad event of the Opportunity Quick Create form.
