Good day! Can anyone know where I can find the dialog box which pops up when there is a duplicate warning in Lead? Please see the picture below.

After the duplicate detection rules for Contact or Account have been published in D365, when a Lead's contact-related or account-related field is duplicated with an existing record, then when you Qualify this Lead, you will see this dialog box.
These are the default duplicate detection rules for D365, including Account and Contact entities.
Taking Contact as an example, when creating a new contact record, if a contact's First Name and Last Name are duplicated with an existing contact record, this duplicate detection will be triggered.
When we Qualify a Lead, its First Name, Last Name, Business Phone and Email will become the fields values of the new contact, and its Company, Business Phone, Website will become the field values of the new account.
Therefore, this dialog box appears when these fields are duplicated with existing contact records or account records.
Here is a demo.
I have an existing contact record with First Name "Lu", Last Name "Hao".
Then I create a Lead record, set its First Name as "Lu", Last Name as "Hao".
Then I qualify it, the dialog box appears.
