We are getting multiple inquiries from same customer (same email id) on different products which are coming as Leads in our system.
Is it possible to display all the inquiries submitted by that customer when we open each of those Lead records.
Thanks in Advance!
Welcome to the Dynamics 365 community.
Could you describe your problem more specifically? In what ways and how does "inquiries" appear in Dynamics 365?
Just trying to describe the issue:
Suppose the below two inquiries are submitted by a customer from website or some other source.
These are shown as 2 Leads in the system.
When a user opens one of the above records (Lead 1), can we display a section showing "All Inquiries" submitted by the same customer (same email id) in a section with similar view as above which lists down both Lead 1 and Lead 2.
So you want to show Leads that has the same email as the current Lead in the Lead form, right?
Unfortunately, there is no OOTB way to achieve it.
You have to develop an html and add it to the Lead form to query the Leads with the same email as the current Lead.
Thanks Hao, I'll try that.
