Hello, don't know if anybody has an answer to this. A partner has setup a 0365 subscription and a single D365 sales Pro subscription in a tenant.
For some reason, he's not able to use the Sales Pro subscription.
The subscription seems to be available in the D365 management portal, but he's not able to use it.
The portal states that the Dynamics 365 Sales Professional is not installed and if he tries to install it, the system states that this solution is only available for organisations using Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement ??
Does anybody have an idea as to how this is possible ?
I have other partners running tenants with 1 or 2 Sales Pro subscriptions, nothing more.
thank you ever so much!
In order to create an instance with sales pro solution access PowerShell in Admin mode
and run the following commands
Install-Module -Name Microsoft.PowerApps.Administration.PowerShell
New-AdminPowerAppEnvironment -DisplayName "MyTestEnvironment" -EnvironmentSku Production -LocationName europe -CurrencyName EUR -LanguageName 1033 -Templates @("D365_SalesPro") -ProvisionDatabase
you might need to check the LocationName Get-AdminPowerAppEnvironmentLocations or Currency name
you might also have to check the PowerShell execution policies
other option is to raise a support ticket with Microsoft trought the Powerplatform
please check this previous post :)
