I hope all of you are doing well.
Currently I am in the stage of setting up our lead to opportunity workflow/business process.
However, I am experiencing one issue. Whenever I qualify a lead it opens up the opportunity in the business process lead to opportunity. However, I would like it to open in our internal customized standard opportuntity business process. Is there anyway I can achieve this automatically.
Thanks in advance.
If I understand correctly, you would like to set your customized business process workflow as the default one.
1. In the command bar, select Order Process Flow, move your customized one on the top.
2. Save and Publish.
For new records or records that do not already have a process flow associated with them, the first business process flow that a user has access to is the one that will be used.
But for existing records, the default will not be applied directly, "Switch Process" under Processes ribbon button on the record will have to be used to select an appropriate process.
