Does anyone know whether a closed quote is required in order to close an opportunity as "Closed - Won" in Dynamics? If so, is there any way to turn this off, as some of our Contracts don't specifically require a quote to be created or signed by our clients, as we accept contracts separately, out of the system.
In our environment we don't use quote, and still we can close our Opportunies as won!
Hope it helps
Ok, fair enough and good to know. Thank you!
