I know there is a field named "Members Count" which is counting the numbers of members in a static marketing list.I am wondering if it is possible to create another field and add another "filter" to it?
I want to count the members (Accounts) in a marketing list which has a specific value in a specific field on the Account form.
It's seems it's not doable using OOB Rollup field. There are few possible ways on how you can implement your requirement though:
1. If you are developer or have developer resource - developer can write a plugin that will handle message on adding/removal or member to marketing list and recalculate that total rollup field.
2. If there are no developer resources - you can use Workflow with Some custom workflow steps toolkit or Flow to implement your requirement.
