Where can I read on how to use filters in the new UCI. The Classic UI had a comprehensive filtering, and with the transition to the new UCI, the filters are by default limited to a complex operators and I am afraid my users will struggle with them.
If you enable 2020 Release Wave 1 for your environment, the filtering of views in UCI is similar to the classic UI.
Please refer to https://community.dynamics.com/365/unified-interface/f/unified-interface-forum/378215/contains-data-contains-no-data-lookup-filtering-in-uci-views
Please refer to this document for how to enable 2020 Release Wave 1 for your environment.
So far, the difference I found is that the "Custom Filters" of the classic UI can use AND and OR to connect two conditions, but the "Filter by" of UCI can only filter one condition, it does not has AND, OR.
So, if you want to implement AND, OR connection in UCI, I recommend you use advanced find to create a temporary personal view.
Thank you! Hope you stay safe!
Thanks and you too. :)
