I am using dynamic CRM 365 facing frequent timeout issue, I used logging ADFS SSO does not required any password. I receive a message that the session has expired and need to re-login again every time when I login it works fine for 20 -30min without any issues. Kindly advice on this issue
Please clear the browser cache or try another browser.
The lifetime of a default security token for a claims-based authentication deployment using ADFS is 60 minutes. By default, CRM is configured to display the Authentication is Required dialog box 20 minutes before the token expires. In the Authentication is Required dialog box, if you click Cancel, the token expires as indicated. When the security token expires, you will need to start a new browser session to Microsoft Dynamics CRM to access your data. Any unsaved changes will be lost - This is expected behavior.
In the Authentication is Required dialog box, if you click Sign In, the Sign-Out page appears. When you close the Sign-Out page, one of the following occurs:a.) If you have not deployed an Internet-facing deployment (IFD), you will automatically re-authenticate with domain credentials and a new security token will be issued.b.) If you have an IFD deployment, you will be required to re-authenticate by entering your credentials on the login page.
You can increase the session timeout value from system settings to a higher value and to do so, follow the steps mentioned in article - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/user-session-management#configure-session-timeout
You can also consider increasing the inactivity timeout value as mentioned in article - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/user-session-management#configure-inactivity-timeout
Thanks for your response
