Hello, I'm trying to find information/documentation regarding the applicability of the Microsoft Online Services SLA (https://www.microsoftvolumelicensing.com/Downloader.aspx?DocumentId=17583) for D365 Sales as it might apply to non-production (Sandbox) environments.
I'd like to know if the same availability targets and guarantees (i.e. Service Credits) apply to Sandbox environments.
I can't find anything excluding them in the SLA, but from my experience with Finance & Supply Chain they specifically only included Production.
If anyone can point me to any official documentation that would be great, otherwise I'll take any real-world experience people have had.
Could you please let us know if this is related to a sandbox from ERP Application (one for Supply Chain or Finance) or this is related to a Sandbox from CRM Application (D365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)?
ON the document you've specified, on Supply Chain/Finance/HR there is a reference to "Production topology". However on CRM I couldn't find it.
This question relates to D365 Sales, so your assessment matches my own, can't find any info on it.
