Does anyone know why the Open Deals field in the Account (Sales Hub) is showing a line of ******* instead of any meaningful value? I'm the owner of every contact and opportunity in that Account but still the value is hidden.
There is a chance that the field you mentioned is "secured" - docs.microsoft.com/.../field-level-security
Yes, good call. I'm sure I checked that but no, you're right. It looks secured out of the box as standard so now I'm trying to figure out what condition, or what I've changed to make it hidden. I'm suspecting something has changed with Team membership/Team roles somewhere.
That is because that field has "field level" security on it as well as "Open Revenue" if you have that field on your form as well. The Open Deals gives a number count of open deals and the Open Revenue calculates the amount of estimated revenue for the open deals. If you are not an admin security role you will need to ask your admin to enable your privilege for that field which is read, update and create or remove the field level security from those fields. The other option is just to remove those fields if they are not that important.
