I jus want to update the regarding contact of Power MailChimp activity on change of Power MailChimp activity type(if unsubscribed), and I am using the filter attribute for Power MailChimp activity type but I am getting an error while testing this flow manually "The following filtering attributes are not valid in entity po_mailchimpactivity: po_mailchimpactivitytype eq 936710005". I am performing this task on sandbox instance only. If I remove this filter attribute then also I am not able to track that flow is triggered or not.
You put the filter in the wrong place. You should put it in "Row filter" instead of the "Column filter" :
You can add your field po_mailchimpactivitytype in columun filter like below:
Thanks for the quick response!.
I tried it but it still generating the error. "The following filtering attributes are not valid in entity po_mailchimpactivity: po_mailchimpactivitytype "
You are welcome ! I have already faced this problem. You really have to be careful when entering your filters. In my case, I had a space after my statuscode filter, which would generate an error.
Make sure that you don't have any space after "po_mailchimpactivitytype". This will do the trick to solve the problem ;)
Now error has gone but as per the condition for update an activity flow will be triggered, after manually trigger of flow I perform an update of particular activity but flow is still waiting for starting action. "To see it work now, perform the starting action."
Share your flow configuration using some screenshots, and please don't forget to verify my answer because I solved your initial issue.
I want to update regarding contact of power MailChimp activity on change of power mail chimp activity type but before the contact update I just want to test my flow on the activity change and want to see the result in CSV table,
so for now my flow has only two steps which screenshot I have attached in initial question post. Because here I am not able to navigate from where to attach screenshot.
I recommend using the fetchXml Builder available on XrmToolBox to generate your power automate filters:
