No it won't be a problem in Import/Export.
When you lock a field on the form (make it read-only), it is only disabled on the form. It can be always updated Programmatically (API/Import).
Also wen you export it, the data in the excel file will be same as other fields (Not locked).
To summarize, locking is just on the form level it does not do anything with data or database.
No, you can update the field which is locked on form while exporting and importing via excel, just like it is not locked.
The field is only locked when the user opens the form.
