I am looking for some guidance on how to build out the process to trigger an email template to be sent to a contact when a specific item on a multi-select list is chosen.
I have already built out the email template and have the multi-select field in place. Dynamics is driving me to PowerAutomate to set up a flow. I have added the CDS field, when a row is added, modified or deleted.
Change Type: Update
Table Name: Contacts
Then I set up a condition
Selected the multi select field -> Contains -> ?????
Once I figure out how to select the choice from the field, then I want the Yes line to send an email from a template to the contact's email.
Can anyone provide guidance on how to set this up correctly.
Hi Pat, how are you?
Pat, you have to retrieve the record again, adding the multiple attribute on the select attributes, and with this, check the condition using the value of the option.
Take a look on this sample that I did:
Please let me know if this helped on your request.
