Was considering switch my org from using the sales app to the sales hub app to leverage some of the additional Sales Insights features....What needs to be taken into consideration when doing this? Seems like the sitemap links need to be moved, but outside of that, user access? Are there any licensing changes that need to be considered? Looking for direction.
Thank you for using the Dynamics communities. I believe the Sales App is a web client based app that will eventually removed from Dynamics. The biggest obstacle will be user adoption to the new UCI interface which is a big change from the older web client. Most if not all of the same abilities will be with the Sales Hub app docs.microsoft.com/.../overview. There is a licensing difference as the Sales Hub app will need a Sales Professional or Sales Enterprise license. docs.microsoft.com/.../user-guide
