I have the following scenario: user A has set an email regarding to an Opportunity; user B opens a copy of the email and wants to set it regarding as well. Is there any way for the User B to see that the email is already set regarding?
The Owner field of tracked email is the user who track it, so User B needs to check if there is a new Email generated whose Owner is User B, and the subject is the same as it in Outlook.

Once the email has been Set Regarding in D365 app for Outlook, you can see Tracked regarding.
