I have a question for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRm Sales. Is there a way to search or track multiple active emails from same sender?
We have several queues for different email inquiries, and sometimes we have a delay with agent responses. In those situations, some guests can be impatient and send new emails with same inquiry. We want to avoid the accumulation of emails and answering emails at different time to same question. Is there a way to generate query in Advanced find or some other way to search for multiple active emails by same sender?
I hope I explained it well. If you need more informations, let me know.
Thank you in advance.
You can search for Email Messages in Advanced Find and set the condition of Sender.
thanks for your help.
But how to search if Sender sends email today, then tommorow he sends 2 emails. We have 3 emails from same Sender, and all 3 are active and unanswered. How can I detect such emails if I don't know sender?
Inquiry from sender will probably be the same, but he will send the reminder that he didn't get the answer.
Is there a way I can search how many active emails from same Sender (same email address) we have?
Unfortunately, we cannnot detect the emails which are unanswered.
And there is no way we can search how many active emails from same Sender (same email address) we have.
I would recommend you share this suggestion in Ideas.
