I have a quick find filter on the Lead entity with the criteria status = open;disqualified. However, with the new search in Wave 1, Qualified leads show up in the list when you start typing and on the results page.
Users end up clicking on the read only qualified lead instead of the contact. Any idea on how to once again hide qualified leads?
Hi Robert50, are you referring to the "Relevant Search"? The out of the box behavior is to exclude disabled records. Can you be more specific? Did you have a chance to test out the behavior in a vanilla environment? I run some tests in a vanilla environment and the results are correct (all the qualified leads disappear, showing only the non qualified ones, the contacts and the opportunities created from the qualified leads).
Category search seems to be gone. This is the new Relevance Search. The qualified lead first shows up in the drop down list and then if you hit enter, it's on the results page as well. The first lead there is already qualified.
Hi Robert50, would you be able to open a support ticket regarding this issue? I think is a defect, but to confirm it and track it properly we will need a ticket.
