I have created a flow that allows phone calls to be created in bulk on leads, for assigning to members of the sales team. This was succesful thanks to my last question!
New challenge - these flow-created activities are not showing in my 'completed for the week' activities reports. This is set to show activities completed within the last 7 days, and when manually entered works fine.
For arguments sake I also tried displaying by Due date, Activity created Date, Last modified Date and so on, and also use the flow to create activities specifically for today and then manually complete them as a test and tried to run the days report - no joy.
Can anyone shed any light on why this may be the case? Much appreciated.
just a hunch, issue sounds like it could be stemming from the "completed for the week" view, rather than the flow. Could you share the query of that view? and perhaps a screenshot of the Flow created records to compare against?
Hi Jacob, i am confident its nothing to do with the queries, as any manually created and completed tasks are showing up in the reports fine. I have been using this for weeks, and have even used the premade reports just to see if they will display the flowbased activites, and none of them seem too?
Yea that query does look good you mention also displaying the "Due date, Activity created Date, Last modified and so on." And you can confirm, through advanced find perhaps, that the "Actual End" on these Flow created activities are populating correctly on complete?
Ahhh i was really rather hoping you'd be on to something there, but alas it appears to be populating it just fine. When i set the query to 'Actual End' Today, it doesnt show these calls despite this?
I'm stumped. If you were to recreate the report with Advanced find instead of using the Report Wizard does it return the desired results? I'm not necessarily the biggest fan or the Report Wizard.

Sadly i used the 'run report' as circled, using the Advanced Find rather than the report wizard, and it still won't display the phone calls as demonstrated? Glad it's not just me!
Hi Andrew, Query is posted above, and it doesn't seem to be the issue, as i have tried all combinations and it works for every Activity just fine, apart from those created by the Flow. As demonstrated the Flow created Activities have a populated end date, but even using Advanced Find and running the report from there, it still doesn't display the Flow created Phone calls on the report?
I was asking about FetchXml query that is used in the report. Screenshot above doesn't demonstrate it. Can you please provide the query?
Is this what you are after? This Query produces the information in the Advanced find, but does not pull through to the 'Run Report'
Can you please check if your phone calls generated through the flow contain "Actual End" field?
Your filter contains "Actual End" is "Today". If the field is blank - no phone calls are returned.
Yes, the actual end date is filled with the dates they were closed. This was a test to ensure this was the case, and it was working for all previous calls also. The fact i was using 'closed today' was purely for test purposes, i had also tried weeks etc. All closed activities do have actual end date filled.
Today is, obviously, not May, 7-th. Can you please create phonecalls today and run the report again. I'm too adult to believe in miracles.
That screenshot was the demonstration of when it was the 7th may, and the due date was populated to display the same. I am aware that today is not! Please find attached a fresh sample of todays completed activities, showing the emails and tasks being picked up but not the flow created calls. As the field stating actual end is populated, could there be a problem with it elsewhere?
I have also attached my Flow - and the Actual End date is not set to fill with any particular information - though is populating with the closed time. Is this incorrect?
