My company assigns a support and sometimes a support 2 to leads. Are owners of the leads the only ones who are able to qulaify leads or can the support/support 2 also qulaify the leads?
The teams that you mentioned will need to have security roles with rights to update Lead, and rights for the records generated/updated as part of the Lead Qualification (Account, Contact, Opportunity).
