I have a sales manager who has "sales professional", "sales manager" and "marketing professional" as roles.
He can see "sales literature" under collateral in the Dynamics Mobile App but not on his desktop.
Any guidance on what I need to change to allow him to see and email collateral from his desktop?
It also appears that he can see but cannot email the sales literature from the mobile app.

Is he using Desktop App or Browser? Is it happening with just one user?
I assume, Sales Manager role is not customized, anyhow you can review the Sales Manager Role (look for Sales tab -> Sales Literature).
Also, make sure the Sales Literature entity is enabled for Unified Interface (Go to Advanced Settings -> Customization -> Customize this System -> Entities -> Sales Literature).
