I recently created custom forms for our leads and opportunities. In doing so, I lost the primary name field. I understand that "Topic" was the original primary name field, but now when I pull that into my form, it no longer says primary name and when I create a lead or opportunity, the name is "New Lead" or "New Opportunity"
Has anyone seen this and can help me with getting a primary name back to name our opps?
I have created a Custom Form to the Opportunity entity and pull the "Topic" field to it. It can work fine.
You can navigate to Classic Interface to check the primary field of opportunity entity.
