Is there a way to make a distinction between entitlements that are created by the user and entitlements that are created by the Renew button?
I've created a "Type" option set field on the Entitlement entity with two options: "New" and "Renew". Could I change the behaviour of the renewentitlementrequest so that it updates the entitlement with Type = 'Renew' and if so, how am I supposed to call the renewentitlementrequest ?
Thank you in advance.
