I would like to clear some doubts.
1 -Is it possible to create submenu on d365 without code? In the sitemap itself or just by code?
2 - Is it possible to create an "ENTITY" attributes to be able to create and edit fields, without the need to enter the system customizations?
3 - Is it possible to display "Product family" in the submenu?
Please, help mee!!!
Regarding the first question, only these three components can be created in the site map:
You can refer to the following link to create a submenu:

If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.
Thank you Frank.
About the other questions, could you help me?
Sorry, I cannot reply accurately.
#2 Technically possibly but may not be practical (and the question may be why do you need to?)- can be done with .NET code (docs.microsoft.com/.../microsoft.xrm.sdk.messages.createattributerequest
#3 Product Family - is a Structure Type of Product (not exposed as its own entity) - could you run a menu item specifically for it, probably by using the URL for a specific view on Products where Product Structure = Product Family (but you will then probably find on that list view you have command bar options you don't want), or you could create a Canvas App and use custom pages (that is currently in preview) powerapps.microsoft.com/.../
