I need to schedule email distribution at a specific date/time.
All past ports in the forum do not provide a verified solution to that. Has anyone applied such a setting and is willing to share?
Thank you all / Thimios
I noticed that you replied in the following issue.

If I have understood you correctly you want to set up multiple timings for the same email, but unfortunately this is not possible.
As the send button is clicked, the status of the email will turn into Completed and cannot be scheduled again.
You could consider to schedule an email with Power Automate.

Or if you have the license of Dynamics Marketing, the marketing email is a good choice too.

Ηι Nya ,
No, I need just one timing for my email but i need it to be in the future.
Does this change the case at all?
Sorry for the misunderstanding, then you can use the original solution with Sales Insights.
It can achieve your request.
I just have the D365 Sales Professional edition, so I should upgrade for Sales Insights?
Can you also offer more details or links on how Sales Insights might help me with this issue?
Please refer to the following documentation which describes how to enable the email engagement.

Thank you Nya ,
Do you by any chance have any links on how to use Sales Insights to schedule emails?
I have tested the feature and it can send the email as scheduled.
Can you pls verify that this would be the case for Campaign Activities (emails) as well?
When you distribute the Campaign Activity (email), please untick the following option.
Then the email will be created with the status - Draft and will not be sent immediately.
You can find it in the activities view and schedule it.
You would definitely need Sales Insights for that.
I'm not sure though if you latest instruction will lead to 100's of draft emails created in case of a Mailing List...
No, it would list all the contacts in the marketing list as the recipients in one email.
