I'm trying to create a report that would download fields to include notes for the last four years from MS Dynamics Sales Professional. From all of the online instructions, I start at "Reports." I see "Run Reports"; however. I can not find a "Reports" button in my Sales Professional App.
How do I find the "Reports" button?
By default, Report entity was not added to the sitemap in Sales app.
1.You can go 'Advanced Find' to find 'Report' entity to create and run it.
(1) Open Advanced Find dialog:
(2) Look for Reports, click 'Results' to open records view:
(3) Now, you can create new reports or open one existing record to run it.
2.Open app designer for sales, then add report entity into site map.
(1) Open Sales app design:
(2) Click pencil icon beside Site Map.
(3) Add one subarea to fill Report entity.
(4) Save and Publish.
Can you click Yes under "Did this answer your question?" to close this thread if my answer is helpful.
