One user has reported issue with Flows not loading or loading process lasts for very long. We tried with refreshing window, opening in other browsers, with incognito mode but without luck.
I, as system administrator, don't have problem with this.
Does anyone have solution for this?
If the Flow button cannot load, it is most likely caused by that the user's security role do not have the permission.
If it can load but loading process lasts for very long, please refer to the following documentation to know how to optimize the peformance.

Hi Nya, thank you for your reply.
I don't think it is related to security role (already has Flow permission), I assigned him system administrator role for testing purposes and we still have this issue.
I am assuming it is related to browser because sometimes it works on Edge, sometimes on Chrome (inprivate/regular window without any pattern).
As it's not a problem that can be reproduced consistently, it is recommended to raise a support ticket for further help.
