I have uploaded some contacts from a spreadsheet into Dynamics. I mapped the mailing address name into the Contact "Address 1 Name" field. I need to make a correction in Dynamics now but I can't find how to edit the field? I can create a contact view and show the field, but when I bring up the single contact editor to change it, I don't see the field available to edit. I looked all around to see how I can add editable fields to the single contact editor (in the details section) but I'm not sure how to do it. I'm assuming this is simple but I'm just missing something. I'd really appreciate any help.
The 'Address 1:Name' field hasn't been added to the contact's form by default.
Go to Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > Contact > Forms to open one main form.
Drag 'Address 1:Name' field to the form.
Save and publish.
Thank you Leah Ju! It didn't work exactly as you show above because I'm using Sales Professional but you said all the right things so that I knew what I could do :) I went to Sales Setting > Customizations > Forms, then I selected the Contact Form in Sales Professional and made the adjustments. Now I have the additional address fields that I needed. Thank you so much.
