Currently, a user reported that they lost access to create personal views. I showed the user how to create personal view thru advance find, but told them there was also another button on the ribbon called create view that gives you the functionality.
Turns out there is a other button called View which gives you access to also create personal views thru powerapps view designer. The user gets an error (you do not have enough privileges to perform the requested operation) when clicking on the button which should open this screen.
Does anyone know which privileges the user needs? I'm old school so I have always used advance find or filtering panel when looking or updating the view.
The button called View in the app designer page is used to create a a public or system view, not a personal view.

If you want to create system/Public views, you need have the System Administrator or System Customizer security role or equivalent permissions.
And you mentioned that the user lost access to create personal views, which means that he can't create personal views, Personal views can be created by users who have at least User level access to actions for the Saved View table.

Have you tried assigned below privileges to see if it works?
Security Role ->Core records->Saved View
Read, Create & Write - ORG Level access
Security Role ->Customization->View

This reply is not correct. If you look at the button (View) in the ribbon, I think this is the option which Microsoft gives users another way to create personal view or else I don't know why they added it t to the ribbon. I know how to create personal views which I called the old way thru advance find or there is a button called Create view which is another option. Although I see appreciate your response.
The user already has these priviledges thru a security roles. I will keep on looking. I told the user to user the other button called create view.
I found the issue; the user needs at least Solution Read privilege to use view designer.
