Question seems pretty straightforward.
My supervisor wants to see all active BPF's in one list, regardless of whether or not they are one of seven processes.
"where do we look to track all actions in progress? Like a summary page or something"
Can this be done?
You can go Settings > Process, select 'Business Process Flows' in the view selector to view all BPF.
Then you can click '' button to filter status to view all activated BPF:
Thank you for your continued help.
I failed to clarify:
I want to see the active BPFs. Say my 'other tasks' entity has a few entries: "do this," "do that," and "do both."
I am hoping to see ALL BPFs, regardless of entity, in one list. So you'll see the 'other tasks' next to the 'new client process' BPF:
-"New client process (1)"
-"New client process (2)"
-Etc from a different BPF
-Etc from all BPFs
What do you think? Can this be done?
The ‘entries’ you mentioned is the BPF stage?
So you want to see all stages of all BPFs in the one view, right?
If so, you can't achieve it.
Sorry, 'entries' is not a word here, I forget.
I want to see a list of every active BPF in each tab. Mine are laid out as such:
In each of these..........Views there are (for example) a handful of test entries &/or entries. E.g., 3 new clients, 2 new models for existing clients, 1 deposit, 4 other tasks.
Can I create a view that displays all 10 of those examples one one list, regardless of which Entity/BPF is underneath it?
Alternatively, can I add active BPFs stages to the Account Form or View?
I essentially just want a one-stop list of all active processes. An easy way to see the business processes that are going on, from a new View tab or within Account. Thanks again.
Just had a great idea, borrowed from MS.
Something looking like this, with additional Columns for BPF, Active Stage?
Makes sense in theory...I will poke around too. Thanks.
Each BPF is one separate entity, you can't collect records from different entities(there is no relationship between these BPFs) into one view.
Generally, one BPF is created for one entity or multiple entities, so 1:N relationships can be created for them.
And you can view activity stage in the form easily.
If you want to view activity stage in the view, you need use 'Nested Grid' to view it in the view of parent entity.
