Hi everyone my goal is to know how to setup/ configure and use the Talent.
Do you have any best practice guides or resources/ blogs/ documentation of what you recommend I look at first?
Dynamics 365 for Talent includes Attract, Onboard and Core HR.
Attract provides capabilities for managing the process of hiring new talent.
Onboard can help improve your onboarding process so that new employees understand their new role more quickly and accurately.
In Core HR, you can manage leave and absence, compensation, employee development and training, etc.

The very best certification material for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent is done by Malin Donoso Martnes on her blog. Here is her certification series on her blog here: malinsdynamics365fortalent.com/.../certification-exam-mb6-898-microsoft-dynamics-365-for-talent
Other than that, the only other material available is on the Dynamics Learning Portal. Microsoft will migrate the material from the DLP to Microsoft Learn this summer (hopefully).
Hope it helps!
