I just imported a number of employment dates into Talent. The dates in Talent are off by one day. I've verified the time zone is correct in the set and the correct date shows on the Import file. I remember months ago there was an internal bug with GMT. Does anyone know if this is still the case?
I just completed a data upload with one of my customers without any issues for seniority date and hire date.
I have completed the upload via Data Management, and used the time zone conversion available their. So not using the Excel Add-in.

Thank you for responding. You mentioned using the zone conversion in Data Management. Where would I access that? Once you export the employee template, fill out the info, and then reimport. Where can I adjust the time zones? In the export the dates show as correct, but Talent is slightly off.
Hi Courtney, You can use the following for using the time zone conversion in Data Management:
Navigate to workspace System Administration or via the Hamburger menu:
Click on the tile Data management:
Click on Configure data Source:
Select the data source format you are using for uploading:
Set the Time zone preference to company.
This will result in a correction based on the:
When you now complete the upload via Data Management:
Note: When validating the data, make sure to set you user settings also to the same time zone in order to validate if the data is correct.
