In the Dynamics 365 Talent, Analytics is not working, when clicked, the application is taking a long time and resulting in a blank screen.

what browser are you using? Microsoft Online has some issues these days with Chrome. Do you have the same behavior in Edge? (or the new Edge)
also, this is not the Microsoft support team...this is not how you would raise a support ticket for Talent.
Regarding the Browser issue- it could be a chrome problem you could try Chrome Beta or an incognito browser- also worth checking popup issues.
